Usbong Update: fixed: GPS error; added progress bar (cycling) Sept. 23, 2013

Hi everyone,

Here's the latest update on Usbong.

Task accomplished:
+fixed: gps forced close error

--> added: progress bar-- cycling

Also, I didn't get to mention: 

the DCAT (DOTS Compliance Assessment Tool)

is also a component/node that you can use.

It produces a summary that has computations 

based on the scores/weights from the previous nodes.
